Synopsis:

Classic in comics, reaches the screen adaptation of Frank Miller to the character created by Will Eisner. The story is the rookie cop Denny Colt (Gabriel Macht), which forges its own and makes everyone thinks he came back from the afterlife. Her new identity is now Spirit. The stories covered a wide variety of issues: crime, romance, mystery, horror, comedy, drama and black humor. The stories of "The Spirit" had seven pages each. The 16 pages of the section of the newspaper usually included two stories with four pages each (initially Mr. Mystic and Lady Luck). The story showed similarities with "Batman" and "Dick Tracy" with colorful villains and was told in rapid sequence.
