In this new game, the player embodies Nathan Spencer, a person sentenced to death which, by irony of fate, is the only one who can save Ascension City. The city was attacked by a terrorist threat that shook the structure of their buildings, and therefore, only someone with a mechanical arm can fight the terrorists.
