Adapted from the legendary series of comics, WILL EISNER'S THE SPIRIT, THE SPIRIT - The film is a classic action adventure and romance told by the revolutionary gender, Frank Miller (creator of 300 and SIN CITY). It is the story of a former rookie police investigator who returns mysteriously from the dead as the world SPIRIT (Gabriel Macht) to fight crime in the shadows of Central City. His archenemy, the OCTOPUS (Samuel L. Jackson) has a different mission: destroy the beloved city of Spirit while seeking their personal vision of immortality.
