Tropic Thunder 2008 DVDSCR XViD-HEFTY

Quality - DVDSCR - Audio: 9/10, Video: 7/10, Movie: 8/10
This release in on par with the two previous DVD screeners we have seen from HEFTY. Although this release has more watermarks than the two others. This has a Paramount logo in the bottom center and what I assume is text either side of it that has been blurred. There is also a blur in the top right (ty trollop). The logo in the center has not been blurred for the obvious reason that if it were you would be staring at a large distracting white blur for the whole movie. There are monochrome scenes also. Audio is great studio stereo audio. Comparing to the previous TC by BaLD, I would say this is a lot better quality wise, especially the audio, but if you dispise watermarks you may not want this release.

Plot:

In the action-comedy “Tropic Thunder,” Ben Stiller plays pampered action superstar Tugg Speedman, who is cast in the biggest, most expensive war movie ever produced. He sets out to Southeast Asia with a “Who’s Who” of celebrity co-stars. They include Kirk Lazarus (Robert Downey Jr.), an intense, three-time Oscar-winning actor; Jeff Portnoy (Jack Black), star of the popular gross-out comedy franchise “The Fatties”; multi-platinum hiphop-star-turned-entrepreneur-turned-actor Alpa Chino (Brandon T. Jackson); and first-timer Kevin Sandusky (Jay Baruchel). Soon after the production begins the actors are thrown into a real-life situation and are forced to become the fighting unit they’re portraying, in order to find a way out of the jungle in one piece.
