Quality:

The quality of the video is decent coming in at around 958 kbp/s though the resolution is a bit smaller than most rips and the audio is clear and responsive. For a moment I thought it was AC3 audio but its only 128kbp/s VBR MP3. Also to note once again no video sample included in the release.

Plot:

Beth and Matt Winters discover a beautifully renovated apartment in an old Connecticut house that seems too good to be true. Their new downstairs neighbor, Tyler Grant (Stephen Rea), has a niece named Kayla who seems to be a perfect playmate for the Winters’ six-year-old son Calvin.

When Calvin becomes increasingly restless around the Grants and tells his mother there are monsters in the house, Beth dismisses it as just her son’s active imagination. Beth gradually becomes suspicious when she experiences frightening, unexplained occurrences in the house. By the time the menacing truth is revealed, neighbors and friends of Beth and Matt have gone missing, and the family must battle a 300-year-old legacy of ruthless evil.
