Synopsis:

Lieutenant Dave Robicheaux (Jones) is a detective who helps his friend Gomez, the FBI agent, investigating the mafia boss of "Baby Feet" Balboni. Dave Balboni and that occurs in childhood, were great friends - even though the boy's father was the local mafia that dominated the trade of drink, drugs, gambling and prostitution. It was then that Dave witnessed two men killed a black white. After 35 years of the black body was found, and Dave wants to hunt the killers. Dave, however, has visions with Confederate soldiers and General John Bell Hood. More strange still, he starts to talk with General - to help in any way to solve the case.
